Many people I know have been sick lately in big and small ways. Thinking about these dear ones has made me realize health is like balance. It’s never a one and done. Health requires a constant shifting, a perpetual adjusting, an eternal act of arranging.
Inspiring post! Thank you for giving me a nudge toward the elements of my practice that have to do with health. Namely, occasional fast from 8 PM to noon each day, aerobic exercise, and a good night’s sleep. Who knows? I might even tiptoe back to a modified yoga practice!
