In so many traditions, steadfastness is one of the keys to enlightenment. I laugh whenever I read that--because I'm about as far from steadfast as possible : ). So, yes, that seems like the work ever before me, too!
That is a fascinating question. Maybe the fact that we don't have one of those--not even really water coolers anymore--is one of the reasons so many of us feel disconnected and isolated right now.
For sure. I’ve tried sometimes to get people together for lunch in the Quad—and remember when John brought stew? Everyone likes the idea, but we don’t make it happen, or don’t stick to it.
